Support us in shaping the future with courage and common sense!Your tasks: You make the difference with us.- Plan, execute, and optimize  online paid social campaigns  at scale to achieve CDR and ROI targets.- Implement  campaign tracking set-up  as well as a structured  test-and-learn approach  to drive continuous performance improvement.- Regular reports on  campaign performance  , test results, and forecasts are created independently – including  in-depth analysis  .- Promotions and sale campaigns are executed in close collaboration with Marketing and Category Management.- You coordinate  cross-functional projects  and stay connected within the industry to anticipate  trends  early and discuss valuable learnings.Your profile: You keep reinventing us.- At least  5 years of online marketing experience  are part of your background, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) in a fast-paced e-commerce company.- Fluent in  English  ; German language skills are highly desirable.- Resilient  by nature – you stay focused and deliver results even when things get demanding.- Multiple  stakeholder  requests are managed and prioritized by you independently, without the need for manager intervention.- Building and  sustaining long-term partnerships comes naturally to you, backed by strong  relationship management skills  .- A deep understanding of  tracking, data, and forecasting  is part of your toolkit, along with a solid grasp of the cross-channel digital advertising ecosystem.- Staying on top of industry trends, market practices, and emerging standards genuinely excites you.- With a  proactive, self-starter mentality  , you drive projects and improvements from scratch – with minimal guidance needed.Your benefits: Together we stay different.- Enjoy  30 days of vacation  ,  flexible working hours  , and the option to  work hybrid  .
